As part of Judge Sean Cox's November 4, 2011 Order, the U.S. District Court adopted a Procurement Policy drafted by the "Root Cause Committee" and proposed its Plan of Action.
Update: On August 28, 2013, the Board of Water
Commissioners adopted two amendments to the DWSD Procurement Policy.
These changes added a section dealing with unsolicited proposals (F),
and created the position of Retail Customer Advocate (G). The Amended
Procurement Policy can be found on DWSD's website here.
